It is possible that you are getting this message when trying to create a Tennis Moncton account. If that is the case, it means the email you are trying to use is already associated with an account in our system. Go to the log in page and clic "Forgot password". You will be sent a temporary password to your email address which will allow you to log into your account and renew your membership. you will be able to chose from any of our membership types.

 

What are Public and Parent accounts?

Public accounts are free and do not give you member privileges such as court booking and member-only program registration. However, many of our programs are open to non-members. Creating a "Public" account allows you to register and pay for these lessons online without needing to buy a membership.

Parent accounts are also free and do not give you member privileges. However, they allow you to create and manage your child's account. If you buy a membership for your child, you will be able to reserve courts from this account. If you don't want to purchase a membership for your child, you will still need to create a parent account to sign them up for lessons programs.

 

Are the courts accessible outside of operational hours?

Members can play any time between sunrise and 10:00 PM using the combination to the court gate lock. Non-members do not have access to courts outside of clubhouse operation hours.
